About Mt View Court
Living in an Independent Living Unit provides residents with a secure, safe and affordable way of living, with the stress of home maintenance and expenses greatly reduced.
Independent living units
“Mt. View” Homes built six Independent Living Units in 2008. They are a mix of 2 and 3 bedrooms. Units 5 & 6 face Sanders Street and units 7 – 10 are situated on Borgas Street, Booleroo Centre.
Independent Living units are available to persons 65 years of age and who have retired from full time employment. Consideration is given to health status and lifestyle needs.
The units are resident funded, with the price varying between $150000.00 and $222500.00. Residents purchase a ‘License to Occupy’ which is partially refunded when vacating the unit.

Units 7 – 10 have a pergola installed over the outside area making a versatile and enjoyable area.
Units 5 – 10 have large lounge/dining areas, a well appointed kitchen with ample cupboards, electric stove and dishwasher, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, solar hot water, and ensuite bath rooms. There are floor coverings throughout, a car garage with automatic roller door, garden shed and extensive paving areas.
Rainwater is supplied to all the Units. Buildings and communal areas are fully maintained by Mt View Homes Inc.
Call bells are installed which are connected to the hostel to alert staff for emergency assistance.
